FTTC refers to exchanges where lines providing speeds of up to 80Mbps can be ordered. FTTC/P refers to exchanges where there are a combination of Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC) and Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP - also known as Fibre-to-the-Home FTTH).

*Note that BT Openreach has confirmed that super-fast broadband is available to order if you’re connected to the Thrope Exchange in Norfolk, but there’s currently no information available on the type of connections - hence why we’ve marked it FTTC*, which will be available at least. We will amend this information once we know more.
