The app provides around 2,500 hours of content from the UK’s biggest on demand library for customers to watch on a computer. Virgin TV Anywhere is looking to bring even more channels to mobile and tablet devices in the future.

The desktop edition of Virgin TV Anywhere is available free to all Virgin TV customers, but only TiVo customers can get access to the service on selected Android and iOS devices. The mobile version of the app only works over WiFi. Virgin TV Anywhere is only available in the UK.

The entertainment-anywhere service also gives customers the ability to remotely manage their TiVo set-top box, including scheduling and deleting recordings in real time.
