Well well, what could be finer on a Monday morning than a couple of leaks from everyone's favourite Taiwanese handset manufacturer?
HTC has made no secret of the fact that it will be releasing a Windows Phone 7 at launch, and the HTC Schubert could well be it. Aside from the frankly brilliant name, the handset looks pretty swish in its all-in-one aluminium casing (just like the HTC Legend). Apparently there are plastic cutouts in the back panel for connectivity - the photos come from 247 Windows Phone.
As if that wasn't enough, 247 Android has got its eager little hands on what could be the HTC Desire HD. With an 8-megapixel camera, 720p video recording, WVGA resolution and a ginormous 4.3-inch display, it could be a real winner. With a screen like that to house, it was always going to be a behemoth, so its the bastard child of the HTC HD2 and original HTC Desire. Could it be the EVO for the UK market? Let's hope.
HTC, meanwhile, had this to say for itself: "We do not comment on rumour and speculation." Spoilsports.
