PhotoSpeak is one of the coolest and creepiest iPhone apps we've used so far. The app turns 2D pictures into 3D animations and includes a voice-recording feature so that you can make your photo speak. As you can see in the video it's not perfect but it is funny and it lets you upload your finished animation to YouTube. A Sony subsidiary called MotionPortrait developed the technology and then decided to port it to the Apple app store. We're not sure that making babies talk like Arnie is what MotionPortrait had in mind but it kept us laughing for some time. It costs £1.79 and you can download it to your iPod Touch or iPhone here.
