Samsung is teasing fans a little bit more by posting a scrambled message on its Facebook and Twitter feeds which read, "Destination: tgeltaayehxnx." Keen-eyed Samsung fans were able to un-jumble this message, head to the website to find a countdown timer with a big reveal planned for later today.
By rearranging the letters, the message 'TheNextGalaxy' appears, the same tag line featured on official invitations to Samsung's Unpacked event in London on May 3rd, the expected launch event of the Samsung Galaxy S3.
By navigating to tgeltaayehxnx.com, users are invited to "take the next step" and at 12pm today we'll find out exactly what that 'step' is. A deeper inspection of the source code for the site also reveals the message, "Discover how Samsung is about to challenge the way you view the GALAXY once more."
What we can expect once the countdown has run its course is unclear, but with the main event just ten days away, we can only assume this site is intended drum up interest and hype ahead of the big unveil. Expect to see teaser photos and videos, without the star of the show making an appearance of course, at least not until after the 3rd.
Samsung is unsurprisingly playing its cards close to its chest with this one, but definitely making a special effort to pull attention their way ahead of May 3rd. No doubt we'll be back to update you once we find out for ourselves what lies beneath that mysterious countdown timer, stay tuned...
