It’s Wednesday, and for once a lovely and sunny day if you are lucky enough to be outside. Today we’ve search the internet to bring you a selection of deals, including some great offers on handsets from Samsung and BlackBerry and some great-value extras on a Nokia phone.
BlackBerry Curve 9380
RIM first full touchscreen Curve smartphone is just £199 sim-free on Expansys.com - around £25-£30 cheaper than most retailers. The BlackBerry Curve 9380 includes the standout features you expect from RIM including push email and BlackBerry Messenger, but comes with a 3.2-inch touchscreen.
Samsung Galaxy S2
It’s being replaced next week by the Samsung Galaxy S3, which means now is a great time to snap up the Samsung Galaxy S2 cheaply.
Carphone Warehouse is offering the phone free for £18 a month on a 2-year contract, with 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 100MB data. This is exceptionally cheap, but worth noting it’s billed as a ‘low usage tariff’ designed for people who don’t use the internet much.
Nokia Lumia 800
O2 has a great offer on the excellent Nokia Lumia 800. Sign up to a £27 a month, 24-month contract and you'll get 300 minutes, 500MB data, unlimited texts and 500 O2 to O2 minutes. All fairly standard, but included is a free Nokia Amazing Days Experience worth up to £100 and Nokia Purity HD Stereo Headset by Monster worth £199. This tariff also includes O2's 'Get a new phone: 1 month early' off. Up the tariff to £32 a month and you'll get an extra 300 minutes and can upgrade three months early.
If you don’t want to be tied into a long phone contract and you already have a smartphone, then this SIM-only deal from Tesco is worth considering. £10 a month gets you 500 minutes, 5000 texts and 500MB of data over a 12-months. Pay an extra £2.50 and you get the same allowance, but the contract is just 1 month long.
