"Have owned for approx 6 months. Can be slow to use (though not always) Occcasionally switches off for no apparent reason, but not a major problem. Poor sync with pc software, or maybe it's just my old machine. Camera good, terrific feature set and looks great. I'm happy overall. Getting a case to protect it is a good idea-it's too easy to drop a phone and this one has some easily wreckable surfaces. Sound quality superb through supplied earphones, pity it's not as easy to sync as an ipod"

"I have given up on my LG Arena. After having changed it 4 times I thought it was time to get a reliable phone, so due to still having 14 months of contract left to run (yes folks, 4 phones in 4 months) i bought a HTC Hero (excellent phone). I phoned Orange to cancel the insurance and have yet another moan, and they have agreed to change it for a new Samsung i8910 HD for free.IF ONLY I'D KNOWN!!!I'll be sticking with the HTC, and advise anyone else out there, steer clear of the LG Arena."
