"This is gthe first 'Smartphone' i have had and I have had it for about a year and it has caused me nothing but trouble! The charger does not fit properly i have to plug it into the phone and then put something heavyish on it to make it charge. The battery life is rubbish, even with bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. off. It constntly re-boots all the time for no reason. It downloads stupid updates and installs pointless Apps which have the capability to try and connect every 30 seconds stopping you from using the phone and i am unable to delete them. 9 times out of ten it doesn't let me answer it and i end up with a missed call and have to ring the person calling me. The silver paint has worn on the buttons on the side of the phone and it now looks chaeap and taccy! The list of bad points goes on and on and on and i would never want a Nokia again! I am really dissappointed in Nokia. On the plus side the qwerty keyboard is quite good but found it to be useless as the touchscreen facility is very easy to use so i forget i've even got a qwerty keyboard built into it. Good camera, flash can be a bit overwhelming at times though. There are also some good Free apps you can get from the Ovi store."
