Samsung Jet Ultra Edition Review

"had nothing but constant problems with it, constantly been trying to troubleshoot the issues with the phone. having constant problems while trying to use the 3G data facilities of the phone. After several days of issues 02 finally decided to tell me i needed a firmware update + new data settings.My next issue was that I wanted to copy part of an email to paste into another email, after research i found that the phone had never been equipped with the copy/paste facility. None of the firmware updates added this feature either. this should be one of the basic essential features of a mid-range phone .my last phone, the iPhone 3G had this.

months pass with minimal issues, the odd crash of the phone and shutting itself down but your put up with a minimal amount? next issue was where my phone would constantly reset itself and even shut its self down 1/2 the time as i tried to answer a call. was disgraceful and 02 insisted I downloaded a newer firmware update.

did temporarily fix the issue.

issues now where the touch screen would not function correctly.

returned to samsung for repair"

"well this is the best ever phone better than a blackberry as black berries are so much more complicated ...this camera is a five megapixle thats better than the blackberries one ...so if you want to make the right choice choose this phone its the very best ......dont believe me ...fine then your missing out on alot .... this phone i repeat THIS PHONE is like royalty anyone who doesnt agree with that is stupid and obiously doesnt have quility taste like me. when i said its like royalty i mean it and the queen probably has one its that good ....so take my advice and recieve the price to the best device indeeed :)"
