Drunk woman takes a bite out of car roof

A drunk woman bit into a car’s roof during an argument with another driver.

A woman has been found guilty of criminal damage after she bit into a driver’s car roof. Rhian Jeremiah was on a night out in remembrance of her boyfriend, who had recently died drowning off the Welsh coast. But the night took a turn for the worse when Ms Jeremiah got into an argument with another motorist on the side of the road.

The motorist, 23-year-old Selina Day, told Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court that Jeremiah “came up to the car and tried to rip the door open.” Ms Day added: “I couldn’t understand what she was saying – she was drunk and abusive.”

After shouting, slurring, and attempting to open the passenger door, Jeremiah sunk her teeth into the door frame of Day’s white Fiat 500. Astonishingly, Jeremiah left teeth marks in the panel, which cost £220 to repair.

Day also said that she could even “hear metal crunching” as Jeremiah took a bite out of the car. Jeremiah was handed a 12-month community order and has also been ordered to attend counselling for alcohol abuse.

We prefer to stick to cheesy chips or a kebab after a night out, personally…
