Channel slots for US drama channel AMC from BT have appeared on the EPGs of Sky and BT TV set-top boxes.
The forthcoming channel launches on August 28 and will be available to both BT TV customers and Sky TV who take the BT Sport pack.
AMC from BT is being listed at 332 (SD) and 381 (HD) on the BT TV programme guide and 192 on the Sky EPG.

Fear the Walking Dead will launch on the channel the following Monday with smalltown southern gothic drama Rectify arriving on the Tuesday.
More content from US network AMC, home of Breaking Bad and Mad Men will land on the new channel soon, but it’s not been confirmed if we’ll see shows like Into The Badlands or Preacher in the future. BT has so far been tight lipped about which shows will be coming next.
In order to get the new channel, you’ll need to be signed up for a BT TV package, available from an extra zero pounds a month with BT Broadband, or take the BT Sport bundle with Sky TV.
Sky TV customers have the option of getting the BT Sport channels – BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2, BT Sport ESPN and new channel BT Sport Europe – for an extra £5/month if they take a BT Broadband service.
Subscribers who don’t want BT Broadband with their Sky TV can buy the channels directly for an extra £19.99/month.
BT spokespeople have confirmed that the new channel will not be coming to Virgin Media or TalkTalk TV, despite the availability of BT Sport on the Virgin platform and TalkTalk TV being based on YouView, the same underlying technology that powers BT TV.
