For instance, if your chosen tariff includes access to the Yearly Upgrade Programme, that means you can trade your S8 in after just 12 months if you so desire. O2’s Galaxy S8 contract options (all of which come with the free speaker and unlimited minutes and texts) include:

Best UK tariffs for the Samsung Galaxy S8: Sky Mobile

Sky Mobile is a relative newcomer to the scene, as Sky only started offering its mobile network service at the beginning of 2017. Regardless, there’s plenty of reason to join, least of all the simple contract pricing and value for money on offer.

From Sky Mobile you can bag the Galaxy S8 from just £36 per month, with no up-front cost for Samsung’s handset.

£36 per month (broken down as £26 per month for the handset and £10 per month for your service) bags you an S8 on Sky Mobile’s Swap24 tariff. This offers 1GB of data (with unused data rolling over each month), as well as free unlimited calls and texts if you’re a Sky TV customer. If you’re not a customer, you can either pay an extra £10 per month for the same service, or go Pay-As-You-Go.

The Swap24 tariff allows you to swap your Galaxy S8 for something new after that 24 month period. If you decline, you can have your monthly payments dropped to just £24.50 per month for six months instead.

Alternatively, Sky Mobile also offers the Galaxy S8 on its Swap12 tariff. This starts at £51 per month for the same deal as the Swap24 contract, but allows you to swap your precious S8 for a new blower after just 12 months instead of 24. Or if you decline, you can drop your payments to just £33 per month for the next 12 months.
