Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles mutant morph onto Lovefilm

On-demand video service Lovefilm has captured superhero brands Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles.

The deal with kids’ TV brand Saban brings the two 20 years of teen superhero action to Lovefilm, from the first Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers show to new HD episodes of Super Samurai Power Rangers.

Chris Bird, director of film strategy at Lovefilm, said: “We already have a fantastic range of kids content on offer for our younger TV and film fans.

The Lovefilm library will also host the new live-action Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation serial, along with the likes of battling toys Digimon.
