Skyfall lands on Blinkbox along with 22 other James Bond outings

Skyfall has landed in Blinkbox’s on-demand archive along with 22 other James Bond films.

With the exception of the original Casino Royale from 1967, all of the Bond movies are here, even The Living Daylights – aka The One Where James Helps The Taliban.

All of the Bond films, collected together in one menu, can be downloaded to own for £6.99 with the exception of Skyfall, which is currently available to rent for £3.49 or buy for £10.99.

As well as this, Blinkbox has snapped up streaming rights to classics such as Silence of the Lambs, The Magnificent Seven and The Great Escape thanks to a deal with MGM and Sony Pictures.

The first two episodes of Nashville, which has recently begun showing on More4 here in the UK are also available to buy from Blinkbox, as is the entire second series of Homeland.

The Blinkbox library which is partially owned by Tesco, will be powering the forthcoming Clubcard TV service. This promises free movies and TV shows for Clubcard owners. The service which is in a closed beta at the moment and there’s not much else known about the service. We’ll update on this and all other things Blinkbox once we know more.
