Nokia Lumia 710 release set for February 1st

If the Nokia Lumia 800 is a little too rich for your blood but you fancy seeing what Nokia bring to Windows Phone, the imminent release of the Lumia 710 may be what you’re looking for.

Nokia have confirmed thar the Lumia 710 will be released in the UK on Feburary 1st. Both Three and Orange have confirmed that they’ll be offering the handset, although no pricing details have been offered up. Back when Nokia announced the handset at Nokia World, the suggested price was €270.

The Nokia Lumia 710 doesn’t sport the same chassis as the Lumia 800, but the internals are pretty much identical. It features a 3.7” 800×480 LCD display, 1.4Ghz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of storage, and a five megapixel camers with LED flash, so you’ll be seeing similar performance to the Lumia 800 in a budget friendly form. One of the other features of the Lumia 710 is the interchangeable covers, so you can mix and match colours as you see fit.

We’ll bring you more details on pricing and availability as we get them.
