Samsung Galaxy S4: Pre-order it on EE from today

It’s official, the hotly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S4 is here and naturally the UK’s only current 4G network has been quick to offer it up on pre-order ahead of its release in stores next month. EE are gearing up to offer Samsung’s new flagship on a number of contracts complete with a few tasty accessories thrown in for good measure too. What’s more the S4’s arrival to the network coincides nicely with news that their 4G coverage now serves 50% of the UK’s population.

Paul Jevons – Director of Products and Devices at EE said: “The Galaxy S4 is an innovative and feature rich handset, but most importantly, it is a device built with 4G in mind. 4G helps to enhance the Galaxy S4’s unique features, ensuring it offers customers an incredible combination of speed and design that will only enhance everyday life on the move”.

As you’d expect, all of EE’s 4G plans also come with a wealth of extra goodies too, such as unlimited tethering and unlimited roaming for an extra £5 a month. This makes for a saving of £120 when bought in conjunction with EE’s home fibre broadband, film downloads and 2 for 1 cinema tickets on EE Film, inclusive music streaming (with tariffs over 1GB of data), inclusive tethering and VoIP capabilities, Clone Phone Lite and to round it off, access to WiFi hotspots everywhere including on the London Underground.

As we mentioned earlier, those eager to grab the Samsung Galaxy S4 on a 4GEE plan and who are willing to lay down money for a pre-order anytime before April 26th will also be offered a full suite of Samsung Galaxy S4-centric accessories, collectively worth £54.99. Depending on whether you opt for the Black Mist or White Frost handset, you’ll be supplied with a colour complementary case, a 16GB microSD card and an in-car charger too. For clarification, it’s the 16GB version of the Galaxy S4 that’s up for grabs and pre-orders can be placed in store, online or over the phone.

Should the 4G plans here not suit your needs, EE has also brought the Galaxy S4 to both T-Mobile and Orange on a number of 3G plans, but highlight the fact that the handset itself is “4G ready”.
