You might be looking forward to a scorching hot summer but the iPad certainly isn’t. Today we’ve seen two people report that their iPads have displayed the “iPad needs to cool down before you can use it” message.
The iPad is officially out in the UK next Friday. Jon Silk and James Whatley got their iPads from the US and decided it would be a good idea to use them out in the sun – the iPads disagreed.
James notes “Don’t leave iPad in the Sun… Whoops” and Jon points out that the “iPad didn’t like being used in the garden in 30 degree heat.” On the plus side, this Mediterranean heat is unlikely to last very long.
