Vodafone confirms it will offer the next Samsung Galaxy

With the teaser trailer earlier today, the Samsung Unpacked event less than a week and a half away and chatter rife as to what Samsung are cooking up, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is already drawing a lot of attention and no one’s even seen it yet (well not officially).

It now looks like carriers are already tooling up offer the next Galaxy device and Vodafone has confirmed that they will be offering it to customers in the near future. As it stands, there’s no new information available but we’ll be kept in the loop by carriers as and when more information is available.

Based on what we’ve pieced together from the rumours, the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be Samsung’s first quad-core smartphone, with a 1.4GHz Exynos chipset and earlier today it demonstrated its graphical prowess, show GPU scores to smile about. Screen size is expected to sit around the 4.5-inch to 4.65-inch mark and the camera is expected to offer up 12MP stills and 1080p HD video.
