House-music DJ Deadmau5 has given his Ferrari 458 a quirky makeover, plastering the popular ’Nyan Cat’ across the car.
DJ Deadmau5 has revealed his quirky new Ferrari 458: painted sky blue, with the ‘Nyan Cat’ plastered across it. For those that don’t know, Nyan Cat is a viral video of a cat, with a pop tart for a body, and a rainbow trail emanating from its behind. It’s accompanied by an irritating tune that gives Crazy Frog a run for its money, and amazingly, it’s earnt nearly 106 million views on YouTube.
Deadmau5 (real name Joel Thomas Zimmerman) posted the pictures of his colourful creation on his Facebook page with the caption “win”. It has received a mixed respons, and later that day he posted a status on his Facebook page which read: “If you think the car’s bad… you should see what I did to my bathroom wallpaper. Isn’t it fun to do things your own way and just not give a f*ck? Try it, you’ll like it. I promise.”
The car’s makeover is certainly bold. Even the registration plate didn’t get away, as it reads: “EPICLULZ”.
