Lexani Motorcars’ armoured Toyota Sequoia is huge pimpin’

Armoured cars tend to be fairly agricultural things with little in the way of luxuries. The eagle-eyed modders at Lexani Motorcars have spotted a gap in the market and created a bullet- and bomb-proof Toyota Sequoia that puts most bachelor pads to shame.

Yo, dawg, Lexani heard you like expensive stuff in your expensive stuff, to make some stuff that's even more expensive!
“Yo, dawg, Lexani heard you like expensive stuff in your expensive stuff, so they put some expensive stuff in your expensive stuff to make some stuff that’s even more expensive!” As Xzibit might say.

The outside of the vehicle looks fairly standard – it’s a relatively hideous American luxury SUV of the likes we’ve all seen in rap videos. Look a little closer, however, and you’ll find armour plating on all four sides of the vehicle, not to mention the roof, which is capable of providing protection against 7.62x51mm M80 Nato Ball ammunition, as fired by M61 assault rifles, aircraft and warships.

The floor is fitted with blast protection certified to STANAG 4569 Level 1, which is sufficient to protect against improvised explosive devices.

All of that is very impressive, but where this truck truly shines is with an interior that looks as if it was designed for a billionaire rockstar. Inside, it has business class-style leather seats, a big-ass TV that rises up to separate the rear from the front of the cabin, a shedload of displays showing what’s going on outside the car, iPads and an impressively well-stocked bar.

We’re not sure why Lexani Motorcars built the thing, or who for, but whoever this person is, he’s clearly incredibly rich, and incredibly concerned about his well-being.

Have a look at the modded Sequoia in the video below.
