New Shell Lego collection takes to the streets of London

A new Shell V-Power LEGO collection has been launched. To celebrate, the oil giant has released a collection of pictures that feature an extra car lane in the city of London.

Reducing congestion in the capital is always something being considered by London’s authority figures and as acknowledgement of this, the promotional pictures show Lego’s renditions of a Ferrari F138, Ferrari 250 GTO and Ferrari F12 Berlinetta on roads adjacent to Westminster Bridge, Trafalgar Square and the Gherkin.

The collection will no doubt be appealing to fans of the internationally famous yellow block characters – especially the petrolheads amongst them.

Lego’s new cars will be available at any Shell Petrol station from the 6th of November, 2014. You will need to spend £30 or more on Shell’s Performance fuel V-Power Nitro+ plus a further £1.99 for each individual toy.

Check out our verdict on whether filling your car with V-Power Nitro+ is worth it. Then feast your eyes on the best petrolhead lego sets money can buy.
