Full seasons of shows including Suits, Grimm and Parks and Recreation are on their way to Amazon Prime Instant Video in a new deal.
The contract with NBCUniversal brings hundreds of hours of hit US TV series to Prime Instant Video, and renews access to Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, 30 Rock and The US Office.
The shows will now arrive all at once, Amazon said, as content has steadily been appearing on the platform over the last few weeks.
Amazon has been bidding to keep pace with rival Netflix by increasing its investment in original programming and first-run rights. It recently revived axed BBC crime drama Ripper Street.
It has also ordered a number of original dramas such as The After, from The X-Files creator Chris Carter; and Bosch, starring Titus Welliver.
The NBCUniversal deal follows a similar one Amazon made with Warner Bros in February.
