EE launches unlimited broadband and call packages to landlines

EE has launched a new range of unlimited fibre and inclusive weekend landline calls from £15/month, claiming the best value fibre and calls package at up-to-38Mbps.

Prices start from £5/month for an entry-level up-to-14Mbps copper/ADSL broadband connection, plus £14.75/month line rental.

EE’s unlimited fibre broadband packages are up-to-38Mbps Fibre Broadband at £15/month and up-to-76Mbps Fibre Plus for £25/month (but it’s £5/month more if you’re not a 4GEE, T-Mobile, or Orange phone customer).

Read Recombu Digital’s guide to Broadband from EE“With our new best value unlimited fibre plans, we are not only making fibre broadband more affordable, but also making sure everyone can enjoy the Internet at the highest possible speed even when connected at the same time,” said Sylvain Thevenot, Director of Home Marketing and Propositions, EE.

EE line rental includes free weekend UK landline calls, including 0845 and 0870 numbers. Customers can add ‘anytime and mobile calls’ including unlimited UK landline calls, 1,000 anytime minutes to UK mobiles, and unlimited anytime calls to 30 international destinations, for £7/month on Standard and Fibre, and £4/month on Fibre Plus.

Until the end of June, mobile customers can try fibre for free for the first three months – all they have to pay for is line rental and out of bundle call charges if they make any.

All EE broadband plans come with a year of McAfee Family Protection, a Bright Box wireless router, and access to other benefits, such as 2-4-1 cinema tickets as part of EE Film.

There’s a 12-month minimum term on standard ADSL broadband and 18 months for superfast fibre.
