Food Network and Travel Channel come to Virgin Media

Virgin Media viewers will soon be able to watch Food Network star Adam Richman and Travel Channel favourite Henry Cole on their cable boxes.

The cable company has signed up the channels from Scripps Networks International for both live and on-demand programmes

The newly rebranded Travel Channel showcases the world’s most exciting and interesting destinations, and celebrates the journey it takes to reach them whilst inspiring, informing and entertaining. 

Highlights include Jonathan Phang’s Caribbean Cookbook, Bizarre Foods America with Andrew Zimmern, International House Hunters, Hotel Impossible, Dangerous Grounds and Henry Cole presenting shows including World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides.

Food Nation, Amazing Eats) and Guy Fieri (Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, Guy’s Big Bite).

Virgin Media pay TV customers can find Food Network UK on channel 287, and the Travel Channel on channel 288, with a variety of programmes also available via Virgin Media’s video-on-demand services -including catch-up TV – from mid-July.
