The third series of the popular epic drama Game of Thrones is heading to on-demand films and TV provider Blinkbox on July 15.

The firm said that demand to purchase the third series of the mythical drama is predicted to be high after record numbers tuned in to watch the final instalments on Sky Atlantic.

“Whether you have heard about the series recently thanks to the buzz around season three or have enjoyed the first two episodes but don’t have a Sky subscription, Blinkbox is the place to enjoy this gripping series.”

Colin Smith, director of international digital distribution for HBO said: “We are thrilled to offer Game of Thrones season three via Blinkbox for those in the UK who haven’t had the opportunity to see it.”
