What’s new for Kijoma Broadband?
Kijoma broadband has extended coverage of its up to 40Mbps wireless broadband to parts of Tatenhill and Rangemore in eastern Staffordshire.
The wireless ISP is currently working to bring broadband to ‘Tatenhill North’, the area around Main Street north of the Church within the next couple of weeks.
Kijoma is also looking to rollout wireless broadband beyond the Tatenhill Parish as well, and is asking for those who live within roughly 10 miles of Tatenhill and Rangemore. What is Kijoma Broadband?
Kijoma Broadband is a wireless broadband ISP that mainly operates in rural central southern and south eastern England. Though most wireless broadband providers are mainly rural broadband ISPs, Kijoma offers services in a number of built-up and more urban locations too.
Kijoma provides wireless broadband to areas surrounding Horsham, Cranleigh, Billinghurst, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Chichester and Bognor Regis.
Kijoma Broadband offers a number of broadband packages designed for small and busy households and small to medium-sized businesses.
To get Kijoma Broadband you’ll need to live in one of the areas listed above and have the appropriate receiving equipment installed in your house. Wireless broadband is transmitted over the air from a central mast, boosted by a network of smaller repeater masts, usually fixed to tall building with good line of sight to other premises.

Speeds vary depending on your location but the top speed available on all of Kojima’s broadband packages is around 40Mbps. Customer test speeds posted on Kojima’s site show that most customers will get speeds approaching this mark and distance is not a factor unlike with traditional ADSL/ADSL2+ broadband.
