The upcoming Oscars ceremony is due to be streamed live on Now TV in the UK this Sunday.
Though watching the Academy Awards live remains a serious stay-up-late job for us celebrity-obsessed Brits, you’ll be able to while away the hours with Now TV’s timely launch of its new Oscar Winners collection, which includes movies such as Black Swan, Forrest Gump and The Artist – films that have either won or been nominated for an award.

There’ll be other of live streams available elsewhere on the web, but if you’re in this for the long haul and you’re a Now TV subscriber then there could be worse ways to soak up the Oscars action from the comfort of your living room.
In other Now TV news, we’ve learned that the offer of 800 free Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 owners has been extended until the end of February. Earning the free points will require you to register for the free 30 day trial of Now TV on your Xbox 360 which will see you qualifying for the free points.
Though signing up for Now TV is free, you’ll need to have an Xbox LIVE Gold account (£39.99 for 12 months) before you can use it.
If you’ve not got an Xbox 360, you can access Now TV online, on your iPhone, iPad, selected Android phones, YouView boxes and via Roku streaming devices.
