Racing UK’s live streams are now available to horseracing fans all over the world.
Previously, you could only access Racing UK’s streams if you were based in the UK or Ireland.
Now subscribers can watch races live and catch up on the last seven days of action on up to three devices per standard subscription.
Clive Cottrell, director of marketing at Racing UK said: “Given the many time-zones around the world, the new Racing UK international service allows viewers the opportunity to watch the very best horse racing at a time and place convenient to them. The service offers high-quality streaming which adapts to internet speed.”
The new service also means that subscribers travelling or on holiday will be able to stream races over hotel WiFi without having to mess around with VPNs.
The sevice is provided by Simplestream, which also powers the Racing UK Freeview channel that launched last year.
UK subscribers with an internet-connected Freeview box can watch Racing UK on channel 231 for £22.50/month. You can also tune into Racing UK on Sky (channel 432) for £22.50/month and Virgin Media (channel 536) for £20/month.
Subscribers will be able to watch live streams on up to two extra devices. You can watch Racing UK on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and on the Racing UK mobile site if you don’t have an iOS or Android phone.
If you want to watch the Racing UK action on more devices you can pay a more, adding up to six extra devices, which would cost you £47.50/month. Sky TV subscribers with Multiscreen can pay an extra £10/month if they want Racing UK in another room.
