The English Football League will be exclusive to Sky Sports until 2018 with more live matches, as Sky Bet becomes its headline sponsor.
The new deal kicks in from summer 2015, when the number of live games per year will rise from 111 to 148 across the league, Capital One Cup, and Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.

The breakdown for Sky’s Football League Coverage from August 2015 begins with 112 Sky Bet Football League matches, plus play-offs including all three finals.
There will be 15 live games from the Capital One Cup, including both legs of each semi-final and the final.
The final of the the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy will be shown live, and at least two matches from the preceding rounds.
Sky Sports will broadcast additional highlights and clips of the Sky Bet Football League, Capital One Cup and Johnstone’s Paint Trophy.

The deal includes coverage in HD across TV, broadband, video-on-demand and mobile services, such as the Android Sky Sports TV app and Sky Sports for iPad.
