TalkTalk launches £10 Plus TV and broadband deal

TalkTalk has cut the price of its Plus TV broadband and TV deal to £10/month for the first six months. 

The package normally costs £15.50/month and gives you an unlimited broadband service alongside TalkTalk TV, the YouView-based digital TV platform that lets you add Sky TV channels to the mix. 

Top download speeds available on the Plus TV package are 16Mbps. There are no monthly usage caps and no traffic shaping.

TalkTalk Line Rental is required and the standard rate for this is £15.40/month. If you want to save a bit of money you’ve got the option of paying £126 up front, which is equivalent to paying £10.50/month for 12 months. 

Customers in fibre areas can choose to go for the Fibre with Plus TV package for an extra £10/month if they want top speeds of 38Mbps. For those who want to go faster, £15/month will get you top speeds of 76Mbps. 

Top speeds on fibre products using FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) lines depend on your distance from a street cabinet, so find out where your nearest one is before doing a speed test.
