Full World Cup 2014 TV schedule and kick-off times

“Where can I watch all the world cup games?” That, quite rightly, is the question on every football fan’s lips as the 2014 World Cup in Brazil continues.

The prospect of an all-South American or all-European final seems equally likely, following the Netherland’s elimination of Costa Rica and Argentina victory over Belgium.

But as the semi finals of World Cup 2014 see Germany facing off against hosts Brazil and the Dutch side squaring up to Argentina, there’s no foregone conclusion on whether the final will take on a Latin American or more Northern European flavour.

The only way to find out first is to tune in to the games live. But which UK channels are showing the semi-finals and where else can you watch?

Fret not, we’ve got the full TV schedule for this year’s prestigious kick-about, detailing what games will be featured on UK TV, which channels you’ll find them on and their kick-off times. Let’s have it!

Brazil vs Germany – 9:00pm, July 8 – BBC One

Brazil will do battle with Germany this Tuesday at Belo Horizonte’s Estádio Mineirão.

Both teams have scored the same amount of goals across the tournament so far and both teams have gone on to lift the World Cup eight times. This match will decide who goes on to have a shot at lifting that cup for the ninth time.

If you’re not near TV set at the time, you can also stream the action live on BBC iPlayer, the BBC Sport site and BBC Sport apps on smart TVs and Roku streamers. Streaming app TVPlayer also lets you watch the game on your phone or tablet.

Netherlands vs Argentina – 9:00pm, July 9 – ITV

The Netherlands have a chance of exacting revenge on behalf of neighbours Belgium when they face off against Argentina in the second semi final of World Cup 2014. Likewise, Argentina have a chance to eliminate the side that put fellow Latin Americans Costa Rica out of the tournament.

ITV will be broadcasting the same live on ITV and ITV HD at 9:00pm UK time on Wednesday, July 9.

If you can’t get to the pub or in front of a TV, ITV Player will be streaming the game live online, on phones and tablets. Alternatively, you can use the TVPlayer app to stream the action live if you want to watch content from other channels first before switching over for the match on ITV.
