As the name implies, this is a souped-up iPhone 4, rather than a new generation of Apple’s handset. It boasts an improved camera, runs the same dual-core A5 chip as the iPad 2 and the impressive and entertaining Siri.
Another of the new features, which is arguably the most exciting, is iCloud. This allows you to sync information such as pictures, email and apps between Apple devices instantly.
