If a Google Nexus S SIM-free from the Carphone Warehouse is a little out of your price range at £430, then you might want to check out this instead. Carphone Warehouse is now offering the Alcatel OT-209 for the princely sum of £0.01. Yes that’s right, a phone for a penny.
You’ll have to cough up £10 for a minimum top up though, so if this’ll break the bank think carefully before handing over the readies.
Features of this ultra-ultra-budget phone include a colour screen the size of a postage stamp, an FM radio and and LED torch light (but no camera).
