UK mobile network EE has launched a new-curated entertainment site called EE Tickets.
EE, the first mobile network in the UK able to offer its customers 4G, is expanding an already broad list of services with EE Tickets – a curated service giving EE customers the chance to get their hands on discounted tickets for a range of events including gigs, theatre shows, comedy performances, sporting fixtures and a host of other attractions too.
As an evolution of Orange Fun Finder, EE Tickets now applies to customers on Orange, T-Mobile and EE, letting more people benefit from the partnership the company has struck with Last Second Tickets.
Those who subscribe to EE Tickets will be given notifications on upcoming events they might like to attend based on information that they’ve registered, including data on their interests and preferences.
EE’s Director of Propositions, Simeon Bird said: “….all they [customers] have to do is tell us where they want to go out and what they like. EE Tickets is another opportunity for us to add fantastic value to our customer offering.”
The most notable events currently on the books are upcoming McBusted gigs, John Bishop on Tour and the finale of the Dancing on Ice tour.
