HTC Explorer Video Review

The HTC Explorer is a very affordable touchscreen phone that does the basics and does them well with an added dash of the usual HTC style and flair.

At £120-130 pay as you go, the HTC Explorer represents great value for money. It’s very easy to get to grips with and the layout is easily customisable. Overall performance is very smooth for a phone of this price and will more than satisfy those after an inexpensive pay-as-you-go experience or a first smartphone.

With Android on board, despite the entry level price the HTC Explorer will be well able to get you online, keep you connected to Facebook and Twitter and let you handle emails on the go as well as all your standard phone functions like call and text.

While the HTC Explorer gets an overall thumbs up, bear in mind, the small screen may put some people off and there’s no flash on the camera, so low light shooting is off the cards. That said, the combination of affordable and attractive makes the Explorer a winner we’d happily recommend for entry level users.
