HTC One X and HTC One S coming to Carphone Warehouse in April, HTC One V coming late April/May

HTC’s headline-grabbing HTC One X, HTC One S and the HTC One V will be headed to Carphone Warehouse next month, the high street and e-tailer of phones has announced.

The high-end HTC One X and the super-stylish HTC One S will be out in April on contracts and pay-as-you-go. No prices or dates have been announced yet but there’s pre-register pages on Carphone’s site where you can leave your details if you’re interested.

The lower-specced HTC One V will be heading to Carphone Warehouse a little later. We’ve got a vague late April/early May ETA for this one and, again, an entry form for you to leave your email address etc.

All of the phones in the HTC One Series benefit from the same camera optics – f/2.0 lens, 0.2 autofocus speed, near-RAW image manipulation – but have different sensor sizes. The HTC One X and HTC One S have 8-megapixel cameras whereas the HTC One V has a 5-megapixel camera.

The HTC One X is the flagship phone of the bunch, featuring 32GB of internal storage, a 4.7-inch screen and Nvidia’s Tegra 3 processor (1.5GHz).

Ther HTC One S is more of a design piece, coming in two distinct ceramic-effect and anodized metal jackets. Specs-wise it’s similar to the HTC Sensation from last year – dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch 960×540 qHD screen – but boasts a flatter, more compact design and 16GB of storage.

The HTC One V is the entry-level phone of the HTC One Series, coming with a classic HTC design, 3.7-inch screen, 8GB of storage (plus a microSD slot) and a single-core 1GHz processor.

All phones run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and feature HTC’s latest version of Sense, HTC Sense 4. Phones from the HTC One Series are also compatible with the HTC Media Link HD accessory, which lets you wirelessly push whatever’s current on the phone’s swcreen to a bigger HD TV display.

More information on the HTC One X, HTC One S and HTC One V dates and prices from Carphone Warehouse as and when we hear them.
