Bloomberg says that HTC is on track to release a smartwatch in the second half of 2014. The watch will run Android – just like Samsung and Sony’s efforts – and include a camera that can take pictures, not unlike the Galaxy Gear.
Everything else still seems to be up in the air, though. The publication says that the price and full functionality of the watch have yet to be decided. Naturally, HTC declined to comment, but if the information is true, then it will join a long list of other companies running towards the future of wearables, including LG, Google, and Apple.
