Apple recently filed a claim against HTC for, in legal technical speak, ‘copying their style’. They don’t like people copying them and it’s the latest horse on the tech legal merry-go-round.
The claim is over 20 alleged patent infringements to do with the iPhone’s hardware, interface and underlying architecture. So like any sensible media outlet we’ve translated this claim into a story about bears. Bears in clothes.
