Jabra releases follow up to EXTREME Bluetooth headset

Taking bluetooth headsets to the next level, the Jabra EXTREME2 comes to an ear near you. The second phase of the device offers next generation noise cancellation with Jabra’s Noise Blackout 3.0 and HD Voice to bring extra clarity to those calls. A nifty little feature of the new device is its Voice Guidance, this communicates simple nuggets of info like who’s calling you and battery level, but also helps to walk new users through the set up and pairing of the EXTREME2.

It comes packed with 5.5 hours of talk time and if your a little light on callers, it’s juice can keep you ready for that all important call for 10.5 days on standby. It’ll also keep you entertained in-between calls with A2DP technology in-built for streaming music.

If you are going to walk around all day with something stuck in your ear, one of the things high on the list of wants has to be the comfortability-factor. The Jaba EXTREME2 weighs a light 10.4 grams and promises “all day wearing comfort”, featuring two wearing options with or without the earhook – depending on your preference. Plus the device comes with Ultimate Comfort Eargels, which sound pretty darn comfy, this molds to your ear shape neatly holding it in place.

Complete with the gizmo, you’ll receive a portable car charger that also moonlights as a holder/stand for the Jabra. This charger plugs straight into 12V outlet and promises “no tangly wires”. You can charge the device via the USB connector while also checking out the latest updates from the team at Jabra for the EXTREME2.

You can pick one up at www.buyjabra.com for £79.99.
