LG has announced the latest smartphone to join its stylish Optimus ‘L’ range. Aimed at the mid-range market, features include a dual-core processor, Android Ice Cream Sandwich and a 4.7-inch creen.
LG made the announcement ahead of IFA, the global technology show taking place in Berlin this week. Just yesterday the company confirmed the LG Optimus G – the first phone to include a Qualcomm quad-core processor with 4G support. We’re expecting both these handsets to be on the LG stand, so we’ll bring you photos, videos and more information very soon.
What are the LG Optimus L9’s main features?
At 9.1mm deep, the LG Optimus L7 is a slim phone, following the same rectangular design as the rest of the L-range, but with a specifications boost, including a bigger screen and dual-core processor.

- Processor: 1GHz dual-core
- RAM: 1GB
- Storage: 4GB eMMC
- Camera: 5-megapixel primary, VGA front facing

The My Style Keyboard adjusts to suit right, left or two handed typing and QMemo is a handwriting recognition app.
