Due to hit the catwalk later today at a big high-profile event, press shots of LG’s Prada 3.0 have leaked and they’re a sight for sore eyes.
Instead of opting for the stock Android, LG has dressed up the UI in a sultry black and white overlay, adding custom icons for the camera, dialler etc. This nicely co-ordinates with the sofy keys at the bottom which we’re assuming are back-lit. The back of the phone features a leather-effect finish that completes the classy look.
Along with the press grabs comes a list of rumoured spec; TI’s dual-core OMAP 4430 chip (1GHz), 8GB of storage and an 8-megapixel camera that records 1080p HD video. Reported specs also include an NFC chip, so in theory you’ll be able to tap to pay for a Prada handbag, as and when Google Wallet opens up in the UK.
We’ll be attending the launch event tonight; stay tuned for hands-on pics and the official spec run down as and when it comes in.
