Magic Markers is an Android painting app with a twist. Instead of creating pictures and patterns with digital paint splattered onto a canvas, Magic Markers allows you to paint with light instead.
You scribble pictures and phrases on a black background in neon-coloured light. You can select the thickness of your ‘brush’, choose from eight preset colours or pick your desired hue from a colour wheel. There’s undo/redo tools in case you make a mistake, and one of the ‘colour’ presets is black, which acts as an eraser.
Your neon creations can be saved as jpegs or pngs and can be sent to friends via MMS, Facebook or Twitter. Using the yellow ‘W’ tool, you can also set your images as wallpaper from within the app. There’s even an option to paint over existing pictures from your gallery.
Make sure you’ve got the brightness on your display cranked all the way up to get the most out of this app. Magic Markers is free to download from the Android Market now.
