Motorola DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX ICS update coming soon

In the US information has appeared hinting the Motorola DROID RAZR and Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX will be getting the update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich very soon.

Motorola has published details of the update on its website, detailing key improvement ICS brings, with notable additions such as improved lock screen functionality, better widget integration, native task killing and a redesigned icon set.

According to PhoneArena Verizon has revealed information on its website, detailing the ICS update for both devices is a 354MB OTA download which should take anywhere between 20 and 70 minutes depending on connection speed (WiFi recommended).
