N900 hacked to control RC helicopter and our hearts

This is nowhere near as good as the Parrot AR.Drone iPhone helicopter but at least it’s not a fake. Ian W has managed to hack his N900 to control a tiny helicopter. Ian, who also came up with an N900 remote flash, is keen to point out that this is just a quick proof of concept – he adds, “Back to work for now, but when I find the time I’ll hopefully be able to lash together some software so I can fly it round the office. So expect a better video and blog post soon.” We can’t wait Ian. No, really, make a cool video soon.
