Those that own a Windows Phone 7 device can already enjoy integration with their Xbox Live account, but up until now users have only been able to access features like messaging friends and checking out the latest leader-boards. Game integration is about to become a reality in a match made in heaven with the classic Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II.
Although it is not quite available just yet, it will be soon and then users can enjoy the game on both their Xbox and their Windows Phone device. Starting a game on the Xbox, taking a pause to leave for work in the morning and then picking it up on their phone when sat comfortably on the bus – epic!
It is rumoured that the game should be hitting the shelves around May time this year and it’ll also be available on PlayStation 3, iOS, Android and of course Windows. We’re not too sure if you’ll need to purchase the game for both the Xbox and Windows Phone, but we will of course keep you updated.
