The Motorola Razr has come out of Coming Soon hibernation on O2 and is now available to buy on contract.
Motorola’s remake of the hit from yesteryear can be had for free on a £57 24 month contract giving you unlimited texts and minutes and 500MB of data. £61 a month with net you the same, but bumps the data up to a healthier 1GB per month.
Commitment-phobes after something a little shorter can pick the Motorola Razr up on a £68 18 month deal which gives you the same unlimited minutes and messages and 500MB. For the 1GB plan you’ll need to pay a whopping £72 a month though.
If you can stump up some of the initial cost, £80 will get you a Razr on a 24 month £41 deal which gives you 900 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of internet, which seems a bit more sensible and wallet-friendly to us. There’s no pay-as-you-go option for the Razr on O2, if you were thinking in that direction.
The Motorola Razr, though shipping with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, has been confirmed to get Ice Cream Sandwich in 2012. Though not generally available yet, you’ll also be able to expand the memory of your Razr with a tasty SDXC card as well.
