We’ve just spotted the super-inexpensive Orange San Francicso II decked out in snowy white on the Orange Coming Soon page.
The white version of the San Fran II will be coming to Pay Monthly and pay-as-you-go in the near future. No mention of prices just yet, but we imagine that they’ll be along the same lines as the original.
In other words, free on £10.50 a month contracts or £99.99 plus £10 top up on pay as you go.
The Orange San Francisco II has a 3.5-inch touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. If you’re in the market for an inexpensive touchscreen phone with respectable features, or you fancy a bit of rooting and want an Android phone to experiment with, then the San Francisco II ticks both boxes.
We were impressed with the original black San Francisco II – it’s not the most powerful phone out there by any means – the 800Mhz chip isn’t the fastest – but it represents great value for money.
