Last night we held the second Recombu Mobile Award, celebrating the best mobile phones, tablets, apps and accessories from the last year.
The winners were announced in a ceremony in London, presented by Recombu’s own Hannah Bouckley and Alex Todd. The awards chosen through a combination of public vote and the Recombu Editorial team. Winners in the handset category included the Samsung Galaxy S3, HTC One S and Huawei Ascend G300. The Apple iPad 3rd generation won best tablet and SwiftKey 3 was named app of the year.
O2 was awarded network of the year, while Three’s The One Plan won network innovation – two awards voted for by Recombu Mobile readers.
The winner of the Google Nexus 7 tablet is Emma Fenn – congratulations!
