Retro Camera Plus adds one more retro effect to your Android phone’s camera

A premium paid version of the Retro Camera photography app has turned up in the Android Market, bringing a new photo effect to the Retro Camera repertoire.

The new ‘camera’ is the FudgeCan which features low colour saturation, minimal scratching and doesn’t have a frame effect around the edges. As you can see form the pictures above it’s a tad more conservative in style than the other four Retro Camera effects, has a black and white option and is best suited for taking outdoor shots.

Retro Camera Plus also does away with the rather obtrusive adverts of the free version. In their place is a virtual spirit level which helps when lining up shots. We also found it to be slightly faster to load than the free version as well which is a bonus.

If you’ve got Android 2.2 on your phone you can also move the app to your SD card to save on space.

Retro Camera Plus costs around £1.90 and is available to download now from the Android Market.
