Samsung’s new Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy S7 Plus phones have been revealed before their offical launch, thanks to a selection of S7 case promotional photos.
In the shot above you’ll see the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Plus in turn. These promo photos went up today on MobileFun, highlighting cases for Samsung’s new mobiles from Rearth and FlexiShield and giving us a good look at the new handsets, which are set to launch in a month’s time.
Sadly the case pages don’t give specific dimensions for the new Galaxy S7 phones, but they do confirm that the standard Galaxy S7 will keep its flat-screened design, with a separate Edge handset sporting curvy edges as expected. And of course they reveal the new Galaxy S7 Plus, a direct follow-up to the Galaxy S6 Edge+ with the same curved display. Presumably this will therefore be launched by Samsung at the same time as the other phones.
As you can see, little has changed in terms of look and feel compared with last year’s Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge – at least, as far as we can tell from these shots. The camera and button positioning appears to be the same, with no surprises at first glance.
